Hello Chefs, Friends, Suppliers, and Culinary Enthusiasts!
Next Monday we will be combining ACF Broward, ACF Palm Beach, and ACF Miami’s March meeting. This event is hosted by the Broward ACF chapter and their Zoom account. President John Masi, Palm Beach President Jeffrey Schlissel and yours truly have combined efforts for an engaging and informative session.
Our focus will be on Health and Sustainability. There are a few presenters and notably Keith Sarasin of the Farmers Dinner & formally PINE in New Hampshire. He is an accomplished chef, speaker, author, and restauranteur. His books are available on Amazon and you can follow him on Instagram @keithsarasin. He’s doing a demo on some of his plant-based sauces and will entertain us with Q&A!
