“Today we had Chef Daniel Kozawick achieve his CEC (Certified Executive Chef) designation at Johnson & Wales University. There were three ACF Approved judges overseeing the practical testing (Boutemay, Goodman and Williams) all with a keen eye for detail watching his every move. Chefs Bruce Ozga CEC, AAC, CCE and Alan Bergman CEC were our hosts along with the Student chapter in force. The latter provided us with wonderful breakfast pastries (fresh butter Danish and croissants that I had to take a sampling home) along with a very attractive and tasty lunch for all the attendees. You should have been there!
