St. Thomas University Becomes the New Home for the ACF Miami Chapter

Miami Gardens, FL – St. Thomas University (STU) proudly announces its new role as the official home base for the American Culinary Federation's (ACF) Miami Chapter. This strategic partnership highlights STU's commitment to culinary arts education and its dedication to fostering professional development within the culinary and hospitality industries. With its state-of-the-art facilities and a curriculum aligned with industry standards, STU offers an ideal environment for culinary excellence and innovation.

The collaboration between STU and ACF Miami is set to elevate the chapter's visibility within both academic and professional communities. STU's distinguished faculty includes key ACF Miami Chapter leaders, such as Bruce Ozga and Dr. Colin Roche, who bring decades of industry experience and leadership to the table.

This partnership will not only provide consistent meeting and event space but also create collaborative opportunities that strengthen the connection between culinary education and industry practice. The American Culinary Federation’s certification program is the only culinary program with stackable credentials, offering 13 certification levels to make chefs more valuable candidates for hiring and promotions. All levels of ACF certification require a practical exam, and as STU is an approved testing site, it is poised to support ACF's mission and enhance progressive growth and foster culinary excellence in the community through this meaningful alliance.
