Welcome To our Culinary Academy

Courses from 1 week to 3 months with a  different theme per week and a technical progression each month.

An amazing one year program over our 2 schools with 3 months in Miami + 3 months in South of France + 6 months internship in a Michelin star level restaurant in France.

Our flexibility gives you the possibility to choose the week you prefer and the level of technic corresponding to your professional experience.
